En su web le preguntan por qué usa Tumblr y no otra plataforma o red social y el artista contesta:

I think Tumblr is the place where feeling of the people is reflected honestly. Both good and bad. It is exciting to try the resonance of the people on Tumblr.

Otros usuarios le escriben consultándole qué programa usa y cómo hace GIFS a lo que Typicalhope les contesta recomendándoles este vídeo y este otro tutorial y además les dice:

I make GIFs using PS. Basically, I have the animated work traditional using the timeline of PS. (Sometimes use the AE to the layout.)
And path animation of AE also studying. Also GIFs which I made with AE, is read into the timeline of the PS to write out as a GIF.
